Gratitude

My friend the acupunturist suggested that I check this out. I am glad I did.

Time is not messing around. I can't believe that I am already 43. What the hell am I waiting for? I am not severely overweight, but I could stand to lose 15-18# and improve my quality of life and health, for god's sake.

I am really on week 5 o 6 but kept forgetting my password and couldn't log on. Just as well, I like the fact that this doesn't feel rigid and doesn't feel like food jail. It just feels like a fun experiment. And I am looking forward to meals, they all taste so good. My son calls it Hippie Food, but he has liked everything he tried, except for the morning porridges. I am enjoying getting to know how food tastes without the flashy, tap dancey sparkadelic uber-toppings on them. It is a good exercise.

Life is big. the world is a mess. start simple. take care of your body so you can be a happy mum, a giving partner and add positive energy and gifts to the world.
