 <title>3+ weeks</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m down to the last week.  It is harder, I&amp;#39;m very sick of brown rice.  But, I will finish!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My hardest thing is to remember to drink all the broth, so I put all three servings in a cup with a thermos type insullation and I think this may work better.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My weight loss has stalled, but I&amp;#39;m persevering, I know it will kick in again.  Down 14 and holding...&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Day 3 of first Month - Detox.</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face=&quot;comic sans ms,sand&quot; size=&quot;2&quot; color=&quot;#6600cc&quot;&gt;The meals are great.  The vitamins and supplements are making me really nauseous today despite me taking them with lunch.  I&amp;#39;m trying to drink more water to dilute everything and flush out any toxins that are being released.  It is hard to be patient, I took me decades to get here, but I want to be healthy and thin NOW...  So journaling is a good idea for me.  I have over 100 lbs. to lose, so I&amp;#39;m in this for the long haul...&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
