I am fighting these damn hives - it is now day 80 with them and no one can find out what they are caused from - so they put me on prednison.... OMG... I have gained so much weight and have the little chipmunk steroid cheeks......but I guess its better than scratchng off the top layers of skin.......

 Losing weight always seems like an uphill battle for me, ever since my accident, back surgeries, no excercise  - opiods, narcotics, etc..... not allowed to go to the gym anymore....... depression set in...... and here I am, heavier than I have ever been in my life...... wow!!

 Christmas is a mere 27 days away, along come all the goodies and cookies, etc etc etc.....and my poor lack of willpower...... time will tell....and am so glad I was told about this website.... there is hope out there yet  - anything but more surgery........
