Still no weight loss...

And now I'm still struggling to get enough calories in. I stopped losing weight this week and decided to check out my calories because I hadn't really thought about them since I started 4 weeks ago. I'm back to 900 to 1300 a day again! All weekend I made a concerted effort to try and increase my calories, because that is all I am taking in. That doesn't even include any exercise or saunas that take away calories! Some days I'm actually in a caloric deficit with two 30 min saunas and a 40 min walk.

My skin actually went to sandpaper this weekend too. I'm not sure why. It was so soft and smooth and then blam... first my feet dried out, then my hands, then my entire body. I thought it might be from lack of water but I'm taking in 3 to 4 litres a day! I'm starting to wonder if my thyroid isn't starting to feel the stress a bit.
