Anyone on this diet have the Autoimmune disease Sarcoidosis

Doing the UltraSimple Diet

I have sarcoid and have been breathing much better since following the diet and the Sarcoid on my skin seems to be clearing up very fast, tne only problem is that about 3 days out I noticed my eyes started to swell(ocular sarcoid is back) I wonder if something in the diet made my eyes swell, I thought inflammation was suposed to go away on this diet, but since breathing is my main issue I will stay on the diet. I am scared to tell my doctor because all she will do is put me on steroids and my sugar will be sky high and my Ultrasimple plan will be out the window.
