Can't save guide

I received a link to the guide and wanted to save it but it won't save. The only way I can access it is through the e-mail link. Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong. Thanks.

That happened to me when I tried about a year ago. I was finished with the diet for several months when I finally got the guide. I had to contact someone from Ultrawellness site who emailed it to me. Then I just saved it as a word document.
