I am having trouble locating this ingredient; have only managed to find it in a capsule form. Can these be used in the shakes in some form?

Hi - I had the same issue so I punctured three tablets and put them into my shake. Not sure it's the amount called for in the book but it's the recommended dosage on the bottle.

I found it at the local health food store in a bottle (in the refrigerated section).  If they don't have it, they would probably order it for you.  So much easier than punching holes in capsules!  Good luck.
