Hydrogenated Soybean Oil in Metagenics Products?

I ordered a canister of Metagenics (Dr. Hyman's fave rice protein choice) UltraInflamX mango from my chiropractor's office to have a variety and change from the original flavor.  I was comparing the label this morning to the original flavor and the mango flavor lists Hydrogenated Soybean Oil Encapsulate as an ingredient.  (It's the "360" product line.)  This isn't good, is it?

I would think that would be the last thing put into a health shake.  I can't understand why they do that.  I see it all the time though.  Like on the Full Bars that are advertised as healthy to have just before you eat....it is full of hydo oils and that equals trans fats!!!  What are they thinking???
