Lemon Intolerance...will lime work?

Doing the UltraSimple Diet

Hi! I'm in the preparation phase for the UltraSimple diet, and I have recently received results from my ALCAT test, and I have two foods which I need to avoid which are on the diet: lemon and flax seeds.

Would substituting lime work for lemon?

What would I do instead of flax?

Please let me know, I want to start this weekend and would appreciate your guidance, thanks!
