Will Rainbow Light's Protein Energizer Powder work? I love this powder and currently (not on plan) take it once a day. I have a large amount of allergies and I am not allergic to this.

Please let me know. Also, I will be doing the Ultra Simple Diet for a week (then plan to move on to the Ultra Metabolism Diet). I am allergic to soy and all nuts, and most seeds. Can I just do the diet sans those items?
