Is Mark Hyman's 'The Detox Box' program the same as 'The Ultra Simple Diet Program?' If not, is there any place to go to get support with this program? I feel like I have questions and need more information than the flashcards provide. Thanks!

The UltraSimple Diet is different from the Detox Box. I think you might find the information you're looking for in Dr. Hyman's UltraPrevention or UltraMetabolism books.
