I just downloaded it yesterday!  This was the link they gave me. I actually joined the UM challenge so I don't know if you have to do that first, or if anyone can access it.

I tried that link, and the same link that was sent to my email, but the result is it forwards me to this page:

which is a page on the site with "Page Not Found" at the top.

The link appears to be broken.

I hope the link is repaired soon, then.  I think I read something about them being in the process of getting either a new internet server/provider?, so maybe that is what is going on, and it will work soon.

Try pasting the link without the period at the end.  It came up for me.
