Hi

I am new  my name is Quevision.  I have been reading Ultra Metabolism and is fascinated with the information in this book?

 My questions are:

 What whole food vitamin do you recommend?

 Is it wise to take Alpha lopic acid in a comb for with another amino acid?

 What other books do you recommend that can show me how to put my meals together.

Well, it seems many people taking on the Ultrametabolism perscription have questions as to specific brand names of supplements that are inline with what the Dr. suggests.

 I have found several posts on the site that read more like an advertisment than someone who has been working at using the Ultrametabolism perscription.  I would love to get a straight answer from Dr. Hyman or his dietician as to specific brand name products that would suffic for what he suggests in his book.

 Specifically,

What what multivitamin to take? with brand name(s).

What specific brand name mineral/calcium pill to take?

and What specific brand name fish oil pill to take?

and are the liquid versions better?

 Lastly, if this question has already been answered by a post elsewhere I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.

Search on Metagenics  or supplements and you should find the messages about this.   At one point I listed what can be ordered though the meals program, and can be found at organicpharmacy.com
