Good luck. I had the same problem and wrote notes in the tech section and the regular question section. Never got an answer. Now I'm 18 days since the request. I saw that someone responded and reset the system for a few other users who posted questions after mine. Apparently, they have to reset in it at Ultrametabolism Media.
