Doing the UltraSimple Diet

Someone PLEASE tell me how to unsubscribe from this website. I have asked in vain on how to stop all these "updates" from coming to my email address. Alas, after several months of waiting for an answer I am still WAITING. What happened to tech support? What was once a wonderful site to me is now a major irritation. I have tried to remove my email address, but the program will not allow me to. Other suggestions that have been given did not work either. So, TECH SUPPORT, where are you?!!!!!
