Nutritionist advice needed: USD and high Fat (good fats, I know)

I'm tracking my food intake and nutrition using an online calorie counter.  During the past few days, I've been using the flax seed and flax seed oil in the Ultrashake, taking the EVOO w/lemon juice as morning ritual, and using EVOO to lightly sautee veggies, such as spinach.  I find at the end of the day, about 45% of my days calories are made up of fats (okay, I know that they are good fats).  Is that typical on the program?  I'm eating a lot of raw veggies and doing juicing (mostly of veggies).

I am also taking daily supplements of fish oil.  Can I eliminate the flax seed oil from my shakes (keeping the flax seeds in the shake)? Also, as I mentioned on a previous post, I'll be taking a 1/4 c. of EVOO for the fast acting flush on Saturday evening.  For that day, can I eliminate the morning ritual of EVOO and lemon juice?

Help!

Fat % in our program do end up in the higher ranges of 30-45%, so yes, that is correct especially using the EVOO/lemon juice.

 Yes, you can eliminate the flax seed oil from the shakes, keep the ground flaxseed in the shakes and I just responded to your questions about the "fast acting flush" in a previous post.
