I have just completed the first week, and I feel pretty good. I only lost two pounds, but I think I will stick with it for another week because I feel pretty positive about it. I don't have a whole lot of weight to lose, maybe about 7 more pounds, so I am going to see if I can do that in a couple more weeks. The best part is feeling better, I haven't had any cravings for alcohol, and that is so great. As a late night drinker I was used to drinking to help get to sleep, and then feeling terrible the next day. Now I sleep great and get up early. My stress seems to be improving as well, which is good because I'm a perfectionist and usually wound pretty tight. I think this diet may be helping me to relax in a healthful way and is ultimately going to help me with what is most important to me - being a happy mom.

After two weeks I have lost 11 pounds. I have a lot more to lose but feel that this is the one diet I can stay on for the rest of my life and not get bored. It has improved how I feel everyday.

If I can lose some more weight in the second week that would be great. I thought it would happen faster because of some of the sucess stories, but I'm going to keep trying.I am getting bored with eating the same things, though, and I'm still really craving bread.
