We were in the kitchen, up to our elbows in veggies, making Ultrabroth for the three of us and I happened to moan about how Labor Intensive it was to make the broth. My quick witted son said "Don't think about it as Labor Intensive...think about it as Exercise Laden!!" It gave us a good laugh and hope it brings a smile to you all too. The Foodies
