4 cups tomato juice
6 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 purple onion, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 sweet red bell pepper (or green), seeded and chopped
2 stalks celery
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 T. freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
2 T. chopped fresh chives
1 clove garlic, minced
1 t. Worcestershire sauce (Vegetarian/gluten free)
Red pepper sauce (hot sauce) to taste (6 drops or so)
Fresh ground pepper to taste

I'm kind of new at this, but I thought we weren't allowed nightshade vegetables like tomatoes in Phase I. Would this be a Phase II receipe?
