Hi,
Great recipe idea. I make a similar recipe using
ground turkey breast, onion, garlic, gram masala, chili flakes, and kale.
I then serve it over Dr. Hyman's Indian rice (brown rice with tumeric added). I didn't think of adding the recipe, but I just might.
I look forward to trying your taco recipe.
