Ingredients
4 cups organic chicken broth or homemade stock
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 to 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 of a 12 ounce package of frozen Italian flat green beans
1 medium zucchini, sliced into coins and quartered
1 15-ounce can chick peas
1 32-ounce can organic whole tomatoes, with juice
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoons dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

I forgot to "add" the chick peas in the directions to assemble the soup. You can add them when you add the tomatoes. Sorry!
