½ medium red bell pepper, finely diced
1 fresh jalapeno chili, seeded, minced
4 scallions, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ C chopped cilantro ( or more to taste)
3 T olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

This recipie sounds delicious but there are no cooking instructions. What do you do after marinating the scallops?
