I’ve been a "sugaraholic" my whole life and have been looking for ways to overcome it for a long time. I’ve read a great deal of books about nutrition, so when I learned about The UltraSimple Diet I was excited and eager to try this simple one-week detox diet in the hopes it would finally break my addiction to sweets.
I must say, I got all that I hoped for and more. In one week I lost 4 pounds, 1 inch from my waist and hips, and I am amazed at how my lifelong craving for sweets has disappeared. I mean, I can’t believe that I am not craving sweets after my meals! Also, I don't feel hungry between meals as the UltraShakes keep me satisfied. Before I found The UltraSimple Diet I was having difficulty getting control of weight gain and the depression and low self-esteem that generally goes with it. I had tried many to lose weight many times with other plans and failed. I’d lose some weight, then gain it back again. A common story ...
However, I never approached the problem by trying to discover if some of the foods I was eating were actually sabotaging my weight loss efforts. It never occurred to me that something in my diet was triggering cravings and consequently the fat suit I've been wearing. That's what it feels like to me, a fat suit that I wish I could just step out of because it is so uncomfortable.

One evening after the 7-day program was finished; I added some shredded mild cheddar cheese on a dish. That was the first dairy product I reintroduced. The next morning I woke with what felt like a large rock in my stomach. So I’ve eliminated dairy from my diet and I continue to lose weight. I’ve got more to go but it’s been a month since starting the plan and my waist is down to 34 inches! My energy is better, my clothes fit better and I feel like I have the control I need to meet my goals and maintain them!

Consider refining your food intake for one week with unprocessed, fresh foods. Eliminate the usual allergens and additives to refresh your system. With more appropriate food choices and exercise I believe that many of the physical ailments we suffer could be eliminated. It's an easy way to change your life!
