Find a Doctor
The most frequent question I am asked about creating UltraWellness is: "Where can I find a doctor who thinks like you?"
Unfortunately this has not been an easy question to answer. However there is an emerging group of physicians, practitioners, and health centers who have committed themselves to advancing this new medical paradigm—one that gives you the tools to get to the root of illness and helps create and support health and weight loss.
Here is a helpful list of resources you can use to seek out your own medical help. Some of the practitioners below have had formal training in integrative, functional, or botanical medicine. Some are fellowship trained in integrative medicine. Others have learned through less conventional means. While I do not know all of these practitioners personally, I have made my best attempt to guide you based on recommendations from other leaders in the field of integrative and functional medicine.
Some have strengths in one area and may be less experienced in others, but all are seeking to find the answers to your heath concerns with compassion and integrity.
IMPORTANT: I cannot personally attest to the quality of every single physician you may find referenced from the resources below, so please use your own best judgment when contacting any medical professional.
Physicians Who Have Completed the AFMCP

To start your search I recommend you go to The Institute for Functional Medicine’s listing of doctor’s who have completed their six-day intensive training program that teaches the basic principles outlined in my books. This course is called "Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice" (AFMCP) The AFMCP is the Institute’s premier course and people who complete the course are exposed to a common knowledge base in functional medicine.
Other Resources
Here is a helpful list of other resources you can use to seek out your own medical help. Remember, I do not have relationships with all of these people or organizations. These recommendations are based on my discussion with other experts in my field. The descriptions that follow each of the listings come directly from their websites.
